PROFHILO

Profhilo is an innovative injectable treatment with high-purity hyaluronic acid that deeply hydrates and revitalizes the skin, enhancing elasticity and firmness. Ideal for smoothing fine lines and restoring radiance, it offers a natural, youthful glow. We advise 2 loading sessions separated by 4 weeks. After this we reccomend having 1-2 session per year to maintain your results.

Typically, a course of Sunekos involves 4 sessions each spaced by 7-10 days. Maintenance treatments may be recommended every 6 months for sustained results.

POLYNUCLEOTIDES

Polynucleotides have been used in medicine over the last 30 years

for their regenerative properties. They have recently exploded in popularity due to a number of high profile celebrities announcing that they use them in their beauty regimes. 


Referred to on social media as "salmon sperm treatment", these injections use salmon trout DNA to enhance skin quality. When injected superficially, the DNA fragments stimulate fibroblast cells to produce new collagen.

They can be used in all areas of the face including the under eye area, as well as the neck and decolletage.


At DEJAMO we offer the full Plinest range from Mastelli. This includes Plinest Eye which is used to treat the darkened, damages under eye area. Plinest Hair which can be used to improve weak, thinning hair when injected into the scalp. Newest which combines polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid. Patients are advised to have 3-4 sessions of polynucleotide treatments each separated by 3-4 weeks.

  • Does Profhilo Hurt?

    The short answer is yes, it can be quite a pinchy procedure. However, at DEJAMO we use multiple methods to make the procedure more comfortable including adequate time with numbing cream and distraction techniques. Profhilo can be very well tolerated when performed correctly.

  • How do I know which skin booster is best for me?

    If your goal is to hydrate your skin then Profhilo is your best option. 


    If you want to increase the quality of your skin, target pigmentation, improve crepeness, then Polynucleotides or Sunekos are good choices. 


    If you want to achieve a combination of life and skin improvement then HArmonyCa is the best choice for you as it acts a hybrid filler / biostimulator. 

  • Are polynucleotides actually salmon sperm?

    No. What they are, is DNA fragments extracted from Salmon Trout. 

  • Which brand of polynucleotides do you use?

    We use the Plinest range by Mastelli. 

  • What is the downtime for under eye polynucleotides?

    When treating the under eye with needle, swelling is inevitbale as we are placing 1ml of DNA solution into the skin of each under eye area. You should expect to have puffy under eyes for the first 24-48 hours. You can opt to have your treatment using cannula but results tend to be better when using a small needle as we can garuntee we are superficial enough.

Interested in scheduling a booking with DEJAMO? The Botulinum Toxin Treatment lasts 15-30 minutes, with results generally persisting for 3 months. Every patient is invited for a complimentary review after 2 weeks, along with a top-up if necessary. At DEJAMO, we primarily use Allergan Botox, but upon request, we can provide Azzalure, Dysport, or Bocouture. Dr. Ali performs between 100 and 200 anti-wrinkle injections each month.

IMPROVING SAFETY

Regrettably, complications arising from dermal fillers, toxins and skin boosters are not included in the standard medical curriculum. This leaves patients vulnerable when they inadvertently find themselves treated by non-medical injectors, leading to emergency complications that require A&E intervention. However, many hospital doctors are also not adequately trained to handle such cases. Dr. Ali is an advocate for educational initiatives, aimed at equipping A&E doctors with the knowledge to manage these situations effectively. While this initiative is not a comprehensive solution to the issue - stringent regulations are essential in our industry - it's a proactive step toward enhancing safety in the meantime.
